2. NO OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINK, OR CAKES MAY BE BROUGHT IN!

Our birthday cake will be a 1/4 sheet white cake with white icing and will say Happy Birthday. If you would like a personalized, specialty, or themed cake the minimum charge will be $20.00. Please order all custom cakes at least 10 days in advance.

4. PARENTS AND ADULT SPECTATORS MUST PAY ADMISSION-

All parties include 5 FREE adult admissions. After that you can pay admission for the adults with your party or you can choose to let them pay their own admission. As the party host, you may purchase 5 adult party admissions for just $10.00 or $3.00 each. If adults pay individually the charge will be $4.00 per admission. If you choose to let the adults pay their own admission make sure they know about the $4.00 admission. Please remember that skate rental is free for adults with a birthday party however seating for adults is not reserved.

5. Arrival Time - Do not arrive more than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of your party. When you enter the building, please identify yourself as the birthday parent and let the office know how many guests you will be paying for.

6. Pay When You Arrive - You will be required to pay your balance before your party can start. This is a pay-as-you-go event….so you are in total control of how much you spend.

7. ADMISSION BANDS -Every skater and every person under the age of 18, including the birthday child, must wear a wristband. Please distribute the wristbands to your guests as they arrive. We do ask that you or another adult wait in the lobby for your guests to arrive for at least the first 10 minutes of your party. If you have any guests arrive late, we will be happy to call you to the entrance to welcome your guests or you can bring a GUEST LIST and we will distribute the wristbands for you. If you should require additional wristbands, they are available from the office.

8. NO REFUNDS- for unworn or “unused” wristbands Please only purchase the bands you need. Refunds on additional bands are only available for the first 30 minutes of your party. Do not wait for the food to be served or until the end of your party to ask for a refund – you will not receive one!

9. STORAGE - The Roller Cave is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Your party table will have your birthday celebrity’s name on it. Special boxes or baskets will be provided at your party table for you to store gifts, jackets, etc. Be sure to encourage guests to lock valuables in the lockers.

10. Serving Times– Even if some guests are running late – we will keep your party on schedule! We will deliver your drinks before any food is served and we will be happy to leave 1 additional free pitcher for refills. To purchase additional pizzas or drinks please order and pay at the Snack Bar counter.

11. BIRTHDAY HOST - A party host is NOT a waiter. If you have any questions or special requests your host is the best person to ask. Their job is to make sure that your birthday child has great time. Your host will have 2 responsibilities.

1* Deliver to your table all items you order and pay for before the start of your party.

2* To clean up the mess when you leave.

12. TIPS - A 15% Gratuity is normal but will not automatically be included or collected. Please give tips directly to your host and do not leave on your table.
