When are private parties available?

You can schedule your special event at any time the Roller Cave is not currently booked or open for a public session.  The most popular times for parties are weekdays before 6:30, Saturday mornings before noon and on Sundays after 6:00.  Other times, holiday parties, late night and over night events are also available (special pricing may apply).

How much do private parties cost?

The base price for renting the facility is$300 for a two hour party plus $3.00 per person.  Regular or Premium skate rental is included in this pricing.  Need more time? $100 for each additional hour. 

How do I make reservations?

Reservations are easy.  We only require a $75 deposit which is applied directly to the rental fee.  This can be done in person or over the phone by calling 898-1817.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

You can do the work, or you can let us.  We will be happy to supply the food and drinks, the cake and all of the paper goods, or you can do it all yourself.  Please remember, we do not mix our food and yours.  If you choose to bring in food, our concession will remain closed.
